Course Description:

In the United States, those from ethnic minority backgrounds have rapidly increased in population size. You will be presented with an overview of current research and knowledge on health and mental health as well as service delivery disparities in older people of ethnic-minority background in the United States. Special focus will be given to disparities pertaining to the Hispanic/Latino population, which currently is the largest minority population.
