Course Description:

Supervision, mentoring, and leadership are very much needed in child welfare; however, they often are not at the forefront of our work. This training will help you, as a leader, to identify what areas you excel in and what areas you find the most challenging. You will walk away with techniques that will help you develop in the areas of supervision, mentoring, and leadership in the field. This training is not designed only for supervisors—this training is for anyone who has a passion for leadership and leading teams toward better outcomes for families. This training will utilize exercises, small and large group discussions, and visual displays.
