Ethics in Child Treatment

Course Description:

Working with children brings with it a number of ethical considerations. In this workshop, you will learn about the importance of a clear ethical framework when working with children, a very vulnerable population. You will also learn about the role of personal values and expectations about children and how that might influence treatment. You will review case studies to enhance the ethical issues discussed. In conclusion, you will discuss different ethical decision-making models.
