Course Description:

Participants in this seminar will develop an understanding of the NASW Code of Ethics, as well as several other codes of ethics. They will learn how attorneys look to such documents as appropriate “standards of care”. Participants will apply models of ethical decision making to critical incidents and experience participating in an ethics committee as they sort through ethical dilemmas.
