This is a hands- on workshop in which students will be exposed to various mindfulness-based healing modalities that have been clinically-proven effective in
reducing chronic stress as well as treating various stress-related ailments. Students will practice several different techniques, such as Tai Chi, Qigong, and
Mindfulness Meditation that will enhance their understanding of the available alternative stress- reduction therapies.
