  • The Anderson Room-Michigan Union 530 South State Street Ann Arbor, MI, 48104 United States (map)

Course Description:

The hallmark of psychoanalysis is its respect for the complexity of the human psyche and the complexity of our interactions with other psyches. This conference will demonstrate the richness and fruitfulness of psychoanalytic thought and clinical practice as it is illuminated by different analysts' theoretical orientations and leanings.   Hear how four seasoned psychoanalysts discuss a single case presentation.  Learn what it means to think analytically.  Gain an appreciation for the diversity of analytic thought.  Have a chance to question psychoanalysts about their perspectives and clinical work.
