Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital is pleased to offer Emily Babson’s presentation “Leading Effective Meetings” online virtually through the Mary Free Bed Education Academy. Many hours are wasted in meetings, due to time that could have been run more efficiently. When effective meetings take place it increases the quality of patient care and provides flexibility/freedom for clinicians who need to increase patient care. This presentation will identify tactics to solicit input from team members and describe steps to productive conflict in meetings. It will also assess and adapt the way leaders run their meetings to the greatest impact.
